1. Who We Are
ZenWalk (“App”, “we”,
“us”, “our”) is
operated by
Amzu Information Technology Ltd
(Company No. 08516330), registered in England and Wales.
Your use of the App is also subject to our
Privacy Policy
and our
Data Deletion
page.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree
to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
3. Eligibility
You must be 17 years of age or older to
use the App. If you are under 18, you must have
parental/guardian consent.
4. Health & Safety Disclaimer (Important)
ZenWalk is not a medical device and does not
provide medical advice.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional
before beginning any exercise programme, especially if
you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have
concerns.

You participate in physical activity at your own
risk and are responsible for your own safety.

Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness,
shortness of breath, or discomfort.

Do not use the App while driving or in situations
requiring attention.
5. No Medical Emergencies
The App must not be used for medical
emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing an
emergency or a serious health issue, call your local
emergency number immediately: 999 (UK),
911 (USA), or 112 (EU
and many other countries).
6. Licence to Use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive,
non-transferable licence to install and use the App for
personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with
these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly
granted.
7. Acceptable Use

Do not use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive
purposes.

Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent
security/technical measures except to the extent
permitted by law.

Do not introduce malware, attempt unauthorised
access, or interfere with the App’s operation or
users.
8. Subscriptions, Free Trial & Payments
8.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
ZenWalk offers the following auto-renewable subscription
options:

Monthly Premium - Automatically
renews every month

Yearly Premium - Automatically
renews every year
8.2 Subscription Features
Premium subscriptions include:
- Unlimited workout tracking
- Advanced analytics and insights
- Apple Health integration
- Smart workout reminders
- Live Activity widgets
- Family Sharing (up to 5 family members)
8.3 Pricing
Subscription prices (may vary by region and
tax):

Monthly Premium: $3.99/month
(or regional equivalent)

Yearly Premium: $39.99/year (or
regional equivalent)
Current pricing is displayed in the app before
purchase. Prices are subject to change with notice.
8.4 Payment and Renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID
account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions
automatically renew unless
auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before
the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within
24 hours prior to the end of the current
period.
-
You can manage subscriptions and turn off
auto-renewal in your
Apple ID Account Settings after
purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period will be
forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
8.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through
your Apple ID Account Settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current
billing period.
-
No refunds are provided for partial subscription
periods.
-
Uninstalling the App does not cancel a
subscription.
-
Refunds for subscription purchases are handled by
Apple under its refund policy.
8.6 Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a
free trial period (if offered).
-
You will be charged when the free trial
ends
unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial
ends.
-
Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be
limited to one trial per Apple ID.
-
Free trial offers may vary and are subject to
change.
9. Privacy & Health Data
We process height, weight, and age (number, not date of
birth) as described in the
Privacy Policy. Health data is processed only with your consent. You
can delete your data through the app or via the
Data Deletion
page.
10. Warranties & Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is
provided “as is.”
We make no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free
operation.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential
losses (including data or profit loss).
-
Our total liability shall not exceed
£50 or what you paid in the past 12
months.

Nothing limits liability for fraud or personal
injury caused by negligence.
11. Apple App Store EULA Rider

These Terms are between you and Amzu Information
Technology Ltd, not Apple.
-
Apple has no obligation to maintain or support the
App.
-
We are responsible for product warranties and
claims, not Apple.
-
If the App infringes IP rights, we (not Apple)
handle that claim.
-
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party
beneficiaries of these Terms.
-
On your acceptance of these Terms, Apple gains the
right to enforce them as a beneficiary.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of England and Wales. Any
disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts of England and Wales.
